Allanon, Prince of Fire

Another D&D villain from a campaign I'm playing in. Son of an ancient and powerful efreeti, Allonon is a violent revolutionary that wants nothing more than to claim what he believes to be his birthright as ruler over the desert kingdoms. He doesn't care who gets incinerated along the way. The DM also added a cheeky Jojo's reference because why not.
